hello monday! even though to me you feel like friday... working weekends sure throws your whole weekly clock outta whack!
thankfully, i KNOW that it's monday, so let's get to meal planning!
tonight, i'm heading out for dinner with a friend. it's been a looooong time between catch ups so it should be fun!
tomorrow night, i'll throw together a chicken soup for when i get home from ballet.
wednesday, i'll grab some pork fillet out of the freezer. marinade, noodles, what's left of the pak choi from the garden. perfection.
thursday night, i'm off to ballet again! i get a free class once a term so i'm taking advantage of it this week! i'll grab some lamb chops out of the freezer and cook them up with some vegies. quick and easy!
friday, i'm working late. after my slow-cooker burning yet another dish over the weekend, i'm giving up on it! i'll make something like a pasta bake during my morning off that'll reheat nicely when bb and then i get home. and maybe look for a new slow cooker in my break at work...
saturday, i'll leave bb in charge of the menu as i'm working and he isn't!
sunday, i think a slow roasted shoulder of pork might need to be made... one of the food shops in the shopping centre where i work is currently doing pulled pork wraps and sliders, and that is definitely a good idea for lunches!
